CHANGE OF DETAILS

Submit when you would like to advise the school of any change of details (e.g address, phone numbers, emergency contacts etc).

APPLICATION FOR EXTENDED LEAVE

Submit application for an absense of five days or more at least two weeks prior to the commencement of planned leave.

SPECIAL RELIGIOUS EDUCATION & SPECIAL EDUCATION IN ETHICS PARTICIPATION

Submit when you would like to change your SRE/Ethics option at any time.
