Cherrybrook OOSH Care is located on the school site, and it a not-for-profit organisation run by a parent management committee. We enrich children’s lives by offering opportunities to participate in new activities which are carefully suited to their individual learning and social needs, their age, interests, skills and preferences. We also help families juggle their busy lives by facilitating both indoor and outdoor activities during the sessions, as well as extra-curricular activities, located on the school site. The Centre is a valuable resource for families, providing a safe, relaxing, caring and stimulating environment for children. We work hard to be fully integrated into the local community and pride ourselves on being genuinely responsive to feedback.
All staff are trained in Child Protection, First Aid, Food Handling, Behaviour Management and managing allergies and anaphylaxis. We employ positive behaviour guidance techniques with all children to promote their self-esteem and minimise disruptive behaviours ensuring that the atmosphere is inclusive, warm and welcoming.
Our operating hours are:
Before School Care: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
After-school Care: 3.00 pm - 6.30 pm
Vacation Care: 7:00 am - 6.30 pm
Fees are deductible by Childcare Subsidy for eligible families.
Meals are also included in the fees above with any allergies & dietary requirements catered for.
